Pit & Pit less type Weighbridges are available according to the application and Site conditions.
The Load Cell mounting arrangement transfers proportional load to Load cell and keep Load cell safe from any shock, eccentric or side load.
Load cells of Compression & Double Ended Shear Beam type installed at better altitude avoids damage due to submersion into water even if the Pit is filled by overnight rain. Protection class IP-68/ IP-67, simple & compact design construction of the Load cell assures long life.
Platform is supported by longitudinal beams and heavy section Transoms made of steel for Pit type weighbridges. Whereas for Pit less type Weighbridges, the platform is supported by Longitudinal and Cross beams. Mild Steel strips on the Top Plate are used to prevent skidding of the vehicle.
